OffWay(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 OffWay 앱(이하 "서비스")에서 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법
1-1. 회원 가입 시 (소셜 로그인)
서비스는 자체 회원가입 없이 아래 소셜 로그인만 제공합니다.

- Apple 로그인 시 이메일 가리기를 선택하면 Apple이 제공하는 익명 중계 이메일만 전달받으며, 회사는 실제 이메일을 알 수 없습니다.
- 소셜 로그인 제공자로부터 받은 액세스 토큰은 본인 확인 목적으로만 사용하며 회사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.

1-3. 자동으로 생성·수집되는 정보
- 기기 식별자(게스트 ID): 로그인 전에도 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 앱이 임의로 생성하는 값이며, 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
회사는 광고 식별자(IDFA), 이용자의 연락처·사진첩 내용, 통화 기록을 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 유지
- 잔여 연차에 맞는 여행지·코스 추천
- 저장한 코스 및 연차 사용 내역 관리
- 여행 일정 및 혜택 안내 알림 발송
- 서비스 운영 및 오류 개선
수집한 개인정보는 위 목적 외의 용도로 이용하지 않으며, 목적이 변경될 경우 사전에 동의를 받습니다.
3. 위치정보의 이용
- 회사는 코스를 추천하는 시점에만 이용자의 현재 위치를 확인합니다.
- 위치 정보는 도달 가능한 지역을 계산하기 위해 일시적으로 사용하며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 형태로 저장하지 않습니다.
- 위치 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만 권한을 허용하지 않으면 현재 위치 기반 추천은 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 푸시 알림
- 알림 권한을 허용하면 여행 일정·혜택 안내를 위한 푸시 알림을 보냅니다.
- 이를 위해 기기별 알림 토큰을 저장하며, 이 값은 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
- 알림 수신은 기기 설정 또는 앱 내에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시 수집한 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.

서비스는 유료 결제 기능을 제공하지 않으므로 전자상거래법상 계약·결제 기록은 보관하지 않습니다.
6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
- 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
- 법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우
코스 공유 기능에 관한 안내
이용자가 직접 공유 링크를 만들어 전달한 경우, 그 링크를 받은 사람은 로그인 없이 해당 코스(지역·일정·장소)를 볼 수 있습니다. 공유 코스에는 이용자의 이름·이메일·연차 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 거부를 원하시는 경우 12항의 연락처로 요청해 주십시오.
8. 제3자 서비스(SDK) 이용
서비스는 아래 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 각 사업자의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

9. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 아래 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람·정정 요청
- 개인정보 처리 정지 요청
- 회원 탈퇴(동의 철회) — 앱 내 [마이 → 회원탈퇴]
권리 행사는 12항의 연락처로도 요청하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
10. 개인정보의 파기
- 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 즉시 삭제합니다.
- 전자적 파일은 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 출력물이 있는 경우 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
11. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 로그인 토큰은 기기의 보안 저장소(iOS 키체인)에 암호화하여 보관합니다.
- 서버와의 통신은 암호화된 채널(HTTPS)을 통해 이루어집니다.
- 개인정보 접근 권한은 업무상 필요한 최소한의 인원으로 제한합니다.

13. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 앱 공지사항을 통해 알립니다. 다만 이용자 권리에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우 30일 전에 알립니다.

OffWay ("the Company") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains how the OffWay app ("the Service") collects, uses, retains, and destroys personal information.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information We Collect and How
1-1. On Sign-Up (Social Login)
The Service offers social login only; there is no separate account registration.

- If you choose Hide My Email with Apple sign-in, we receive only the anonymized relay address provided by Apple and cannot learn your actual email.
- Access tokens received from social login providers are used solely for identity verification and are not stored on our servers.

1-3. Automatically Generated Information
- Device identifier (guest ID): a value generated by the app so the Service can be used before signing in. It does not identify an individual.
We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA), your contacts, photo library contents, or call logs.
2. Purpose of Use
- Identifying members and maintaining sign-in
- Recommending destinations and courses that fit your remaining leave
- Managing saved courses and leave usage records
- Sending trip schedule and benefit notifications
- Operating the Service and fixing errors
We do not use collected information for purposes beyond those listed above. If the purpose changes, we will obtain your consent in advance.
3. Use of Location Information
- We check your current location only at the moment a course is recommended.
- Location data is used temporarily to calculate reachable regions and is not stored in a personally identifiable form.
- You may withdraw location permission at any time in your device settings. Without it, location-based recommendations are unavailable.
4. Push Notifications
- If you grant notification permission, we send push notifications about trip schedules and benefits.
- For this purpose we store a per-device notification token, which does not identify an individual.
- You may turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or within the app.
5. Retention Period
- Upon account deletion, we destroy your personal information without delay.
- Where retention is required by law, we keep the following for the stated periods.

The Service offers no paid features, so contract and payment records under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are not retained.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except:
- When you have given prior consent
- When required by investigative authorities through lawful procedures
About the Course Sharing Feature
When you create and send a share link yourself, the recipient can view that course (region, schedule, places) without signing in. Shared courses do not include your name, email, or leave information.

9. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to or correction of your personal information
- Request suspension of processing
- Delete your account (withdraw consent) — in the app: My → Delete Account
You may also make requests using the contact details in Section 12, and we will act without delay.
10. Destruction of Personal Information
- Personal information subject to destruction is deleted immediately by irreversible means.
- Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
11. Security Measures
- Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain).
- Communication with our servers takes place over an encrypted channel (HTTPS).
- Access to personal information is limited to the minimum personnel necessary.
